Over the past year, through connx-ia, I've been running the operational management project of a company covering mainland Spain and the islands, with every area under one roof: finance, sales, operations, technical, marketing, HR and legal.

In that time I built, with a technical team, a 360 platform that now governs all the company's information: sales, commissions, collections, receivables, incidents, stock, payroll. One place, in real time.

07 · Who's behind it

I'm Vanessa Micic

Belgian by origin, Spanish by adoption, based in Alicante. For twenty years I've directed operations and foreign trade across five countries: France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Italy. My last role was Commercial Director. Analysing numbers, moving goods across borders and leading teams is what I've done for almost two decades.

In 2025 I took it further: I founded connx-ia and built a 360 management platform from scratch. My job: applying that method to manage and optimise companies from the outside, side by side with their teams. Today I do it at a vending and 24h stores company covering mainland Spain and the islands. I designed it solving real problems, on the ground, not on a whiteboard.
